MOU Signing & Onboarding
Once you approve the proposal, we sign a simple MOU. Our onboarding team will coordinate all pre-program logistics - student communication templates, schedule announcements, and infrastructure checklist.
Program Delivery
Our trainers arrive on campus and deliver the program as planned. You'll receive weekly progress updates. Students attend highly engaging, practical sessions that they actually look forward to.
Outcome Documentation & Follow-Up
